1. Photo Art Processing

As a developer of photo art applications, our primary function is to process your images to create digital art. For applications that do not require a user sign-in or account creation,  Each browser/device  gets a unique ID stored in local storege, the gallery only shows artworks from that device. Different computers (or browsers) will each see only their own photos

2. User Control and Deletion

We believe in giving you full control over your creative data:

• Manual Deletion: You have the option to delete your photo art at any time directly within the application.

• Automated Deletion: To protect your privacy and minimize data storage, any photo art stored on our servers will be automatically and permanently deleted after 15 days of inactivity or processing.

3. No Personal Identifiable Information (PII)

Because these apps do not require a login, we do not associate your photo art with your name, email address, or any other personal identifiers.

4. Third-Party Services

Our app may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you. These may include:

• Base44, Inc. (Platform & Infrastructure): We use Base44 to host our application, manage user authentication, and store app data.

5. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover a child has provided us with personal info, we immediately delete this from our servers.
